New electrical "Wiring" functionality.

So it's interesting how the electric cables are run but it's kind of ugly in bases and rather annoying to place. So here's my solution, "Electric Insulators" instead of the current "pipe" method they currently use, I propose they auto connect and draw lines, similar to how Outlets send a wire to electrical devices. These could have a 3 to 5 foundation range and can tether and funnel off of other insulators in range and can be snapped onto anything, ceilings, foundations, ground, Support columns to simulate modern day power lines,. This could also be used to tuck the wires away in the corners of the rooms. Maybe even implement Wire Lighting, would both transmit light and carry power. If the generator turns off, all the rope lighting would go out as expected.
