My character died, so I shut down the game. When I got back on the game the next day my character didn't exist and all my progress was gone. My pets and structures that belonged to the previous character are still there but I can't interact with them? I re-downloaded ark survival but that didn't help. Now what?
Also, does anyone know how to reset the map?
