Xbox one, game won't start

I try to boot uo the game and it loads for a while then spits me back to xbox home. I've tried deleteing/reinstalling and resetting the cache but nothing seems to work. Any help by chance??

Try hard resetting your Xbox One (hold the power button for 10 seconds to let it power down) then try it again.

As I said, I have already tried that and it still does not work

What is your storage percentage and your internet connectivity like? That could also cause problems. Though it may just be your Xbox as well.

I've got about 43gb left in storage, and I do have a moderate nat type issue that I'm dealing with but it hasn't really effected anything, plus the 2 tomes I contacted microsoft they assured me that a moderate nat type couldn't be the issue, could it?

Mine is doing the exact same thing and I have tried everything possible even when my Nat type is open.

I have another Xbox one in my house it's works fine but on mine it just never opens.

Somehow the game preview came back up on my system. As the time had run out on that the first day i downloaded it, I of couse couldn't play it. I uninstalled it and then did a hard reset on my xbox.
And violla!!! It works.
