Mindwipe Remote Use for PVP Use Only

I think you should add Remote use for the Mindwipe Tonic. I think it's unfare that you can't use it on another player after you've knocked them out. It would bring a rewarding PVP experience. The player who it was used on could just make a Mindwipe Tonic to reset his stats. Also you should add a poison for the Dinosaurs; something similar to Spoiled Meat but for Dinosaurs.
