Create a Spam Report Thread

I think this would be the place to suggest the idea; I've seen on other forums, threads where potential spammers are reported (both those that create threads, and those that clog useful threads with spam). Whether this thread itself becomes that place, I don't know, but in any event, we could report by posting links to the profiles, posts, and threads of potential spammers, allowing the moderators to easily see potential spammers and investigate, rather than having to root them manually through each board. Again, I don't know if there is a better system the administrators have, so take my suggestion with a grain of salt.
