Auto-Run... why does this not exsist?...

Auto-Run... why does this not exsist?...
I really wish there was an Auto Run Button, typically Num Lock in most other games, that simply makes you walk a straight line. Sometimes I'd like to be able to eat my food while I watch my guy go places... haven't eaten in like 3 days because I can't take my hands off the keyboard...
