Havnt received my hat and dino skin

How do I receive these. I brought the xb1 edition first day it came out and saw today that some guy one the dino skin pvp competition which made me realise that I havnt even got my skin or hat that I was suppose to get when I brought it. Was I suppose to claim these some how or??? How do I get them please?
