Hi, I got ark either the day it came out or the day after, and it said I would get a special saddle/hat. Well I had the saddle and the hat, but then an update came to make it so u would always have it in ur inventory. Now everyone else has the items, but mine are gone. no matter what server im on, I don't spawn with the hat or the saddle, I only spawn with the trex glasses. Is there any way you can help me with this?
