Level 63 Guy Gone

Since yesterday afternoon, my level 63 guy has been replaced by a level 1 guy. When I log on, I can see where my base was and where my guy last was. I do not play the level 63 guy or ride my animals either. I am forced to re-spawn each time I log in. I play on a PVE server . Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone know why it happens? Or does anyone know how to fix it? I have tried to write to support several times on another issue and they never wrote back. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
