Beacons not spawning, HELP

Hi!

We have an issue where our beacons are nonexistent on our private server.

They have been gone since a restart 3 days ago and I can't find anything and / or anyone that has the same problem.
People have been whining about it for a while and I don't really know what to do!
Would really appreciate som help!

Any Joy with this yet mate?
I am having the same problem and I'm feeling kind of exhausted of all options (apart from the right one that is )
