My idea is for a giant wasp, creating a giant flying wasp, that you can tame and ride; much like scorpions have a tranquillizing sting. Unlike scorpions they are able to fly above the battlefield, stinging dinosaurs you wish to tame, of course the wasp won't be easy to capture, being full of poison itself, it would take a lot because of it's natural resistance.
