Glow in the dark paint

Spawning into your base at night, especially when no light sources are going, is incredibly frustrating because you cannot see anything but the HUD popups on your walls/floor/etc.
Would be cool if you could harvest the glowing crystals in the caves (currently un-harvestable) and make a 'glow powder' in the mortar and pestle, then use that with berries/water/charcoal to make a paint that gives off a very low level light source. This would let you apply it to your structures to see inside without a torch or other light source.
