Server Reset

Just started playing a couple days ago and the first thing I noticed on all of the official servers I checked was that they have all been "tamed", for lack of a better word.
Kinda takes the fun out of it when all the servers are full of high level characters that, collectively, own the entire island. I would expect some player ran servers to never have a reset. but the first place most new players will look is the official servers, and, while the players themselves are friendly in some(far from all) of the official servers. I found very little to do in any of the servers I checked. Either the servers were full of very friendly players that were far to helpful, had abundant resources and were all to willing to share with a new player, or very unfriendly players that guarded their territory quite jealously.
I enjoy the game and will be looking for a fresh player ran server to play on, but I would much rather play on an official server while I learn the ropes then, once I find some people I want to play with, switch to their server.
In short, the feature I want is periodic full resets of the official servers.
