Preserving bin being a b*tch

So there's this issue that I encountered and I got pretty frustrated knowing there's nothing much that can be done about it.
Skipping all other detail ,I'm trying to make prime meat jerky. I placed in 3 spark powder 1 oil and a cooked prime meat into the bin. And I'm aware that it takes an hour. However more than an hours passed and still nothing happened.
I've read post that has similar problem like too much meat is stacked together, or the meat jerky should be removed first so on and so forth. Tried everything and still no result. Wasted so much time (both in real life and in Ark)
Am I missing something Super obvious that I'm oblivious to? If it's a bug, please fix this.
And I'm playing on solo server with no mods

Try using more oil. If that doesn't work Idk what to tell you.
