I can't level up or receive engrams after the latest update : can someone please help me out with this I

I have moved some settings like heath,stamina, weight etc on the last page I don't know if that screwed things up , but I'm getting Xp but my blue bar isn't moving at all . Plus no no level increase I'm at 85 right now . Please help me out guys and gals .it's for the Xbox one version. My gamer tag is TrueVIKINGSfan if you want u can contact me online . Thanks again. Dan
