Game won't start, error message too long to post

I've been having this problem since July, I have re-installed windows in attempt to fix the issue, I hope that someone here can help.
Every time I try to re download and run the game, it takes me to the menu screen as it would normally, but then I load up the game and it crashes about 20 seconds later on the loading screen with the same lengthy error message that I have attached below. This error happens on both multiplayer and local. As far as I can tell the issue is because of corrupt files, but I am confused as to how downloading the game several times from different sources even after re-installing windows can give the same error.
