Server 50: Duping and mechanic abuse

Hello,
This is Hopper from Server 50 last night we had some new players join our server. Overnight without taming any dinos they put up metal structures across several mountain tops and have been sniping people out of Quetz boxes mid flight while the quetzs are flying erratically. To the best of my knowledge there is not a way to level up fast enough to get where they are nor to get get that much metal constructed with only at best 5 hours of play (time from when i last patrolled the mountain they built on first to when i saw they had a mountain base). In addition to the structures they put up they tossed down 15 turrets (we can confirm) on one base.
We would really appreciate a review of the activities on this server, as the game is rapidly becoming unplayable.
