I really need help with this.

I don't really know if this is a bug or not, but I cant seem to play the game, it launches from steam perfectly, but when I try to joim a server or play singleplayer, it gets 3/4 of the way through loading, and then I get a crash message, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I have cleared the files, I have deleted everything I can, and still my game seems to keep crashing, I was playing it perfectly about 3 hours ago, but now? I cant even load the game, so please, please, please, someone help me.
