I got the game 2 days ago for xbox one and I'm level 13. I go offline last night and come online today and all of my stuff is now unlearned and I was saving engram points too, they're at 0 now.
Please help.

Same problem..
So yesterday, after the new servers were put online, I stayed on till I could put down stone foundations (lvl 20). Got my foundations up, and logged off at lvl 22. Only to wake up, get on, and find my character is now lvl 15 and I lost the engrams, luckily my foundation are still up. Is this intended or is there a bug? Is there anyway to get these levels back?
