Help connecting to server, others are online but i cant logon

I have tried reinstalling, using the steam server list, rebooting computer, i have been on the server but when i go to log on its a cross fingers game if i will be able to. I have the server and others can see the server and log on, as well as the guy hosting it. when i go to the server list the password protected button is checked since it is a server with a password. when i try to connect from steam it says network failure unable to query server info for invite. the game is great, just wish this issue was fixed.

Still having this issue, anyone else currently have a fix. Anything in the works from a tech support side?
