PVE Official Server 31 login problems

Alright so yesterday I logged off of pve official server 31. Later I came back and found that every time I tried to login it gave me the same result which was telling me that the connection had timed out. Then it would do this weird Unet connection failed thing. This is now day 2 of having the same problem and I don't know which end the problem is on or if there is not problem at all and I'm just not doing something right. There are some people online who say that this means the server has gone down but I am really not sure about that because the number of people on the server is constantly changing. I tried connecting to another server and it did work, so it is just Pve Official 31 that is the issue which does lead to belief that it may be down. I really want to know what is wrong here so that I can get back on that server. I'm a level 62 on that server so I really don't want to have to start all over again on another server, plus there are lots of great people on this server so I really need to get back in as soon as possible. I know this is the bug reports section but I did not see a section for reporting server issues so here is my post. I really want to get back into that server because I love this game and it really hurts to not be able to play it. Plus because I'm not sure whether or not its down my dinos might be starving or under attack. I really need this to be fixed as soon as possible so please try and at least tell me what the problem is so that I can try to fix it or simply wait till there is an update that can fix the server. I just want to know and figure out some way to get this problem fixed.
