linux server segmentation fault

Hello,
I have just installed the ark server on my ubuntu 14 machine and everything starts up fine. When I copy the world data into my savedarks folder and try to start up it fails: Signal 11 caught. EngineCrashHandler: Signal=11 ./server_start.sh: line 6: 8343 Segmentation fault (core dumped) .
The data works fine on my local machine, why does it not work on my server? Is it not possible to transfer from windows to linux?

What if you create a new world on the ubuntu server?
Does that work?
