Levling Problems

So i have hosted my own ark server for me and my friends for a while now and have used the server host tool. The problem is that i have the levels cap at 94 (the current official cap) with more engram points so you are able to unlock everything because who likes blueprints. When i get in game however even with add experience commands i cant get past level 75. I have no idea what the problem is and would appreciate some help.
