Cant start the Ark server.

Hello i am trying to start an ARK server on a windows Server 2008R2, I have followed all tutorials and still get the same result. I have installed all the required CommonRedist, After making a .bat file i start it and get the same (0xc000007b) error. I have DirectX installed already. Please help if you know how to solve this error.
