Backing up and migrating data questions

I was wondering how one would go about backing up an ARK: Survival Evolved server. What files and folders are important to keep player data and world data intact if I need to recover from a backup or need to move the server to a different machine?

At least when hosting on your own PC without SteamCMD, the files are located here:

steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\SavedArks

I found on the dev forum which folder to copy. (install directory)\ShooterGame\Saved is the folder that contains the unique server and character data. This is the folder to back up and transfer.
