Hey dude i did it all the server work great, but i cant get the console commands to work?

how Come My Bro can host a game but i cant join on the same network and it dont show up in the server list elc when are you guys going to fix this
and if i host a game he cant join and we are on the same network but my friend out side my network can join

is there away around this ????

ok so i created my server this way but cant get it to work outside of LAN help?

This all worked out fine but since update 196 I cannot see my Ark server on the LAn list, what could be the issue?

Hey. I've read over this tutorial, and I think I understand everything, or so I thought. I set everything up, but when I go to join the server, the server password is incorrect, and the password files in the Win64 folder keep clearing. What am I supposed to do with them, and is there any other place that might mess up the password? Thanks for the help.

When i want to update my server it say's: "please set the game install path to something other than the steam install folder". Then it starts downloading. But it won't update. Oh, and my server is directly on my C drive so i don't know why it is saying this. I tried other locations like my desktop and steam game install folder. The way i do it now is that i download the entire server again. But this takes a long time due to not so fast internet. What should i do?

I hope this message finds you all well. My coworker has just created a dedicated box to run ARK on. There are three of in there at the moment. On average, we can all play for about 20 minutes and then we get a timeout all at the same time. If he doesn't reboot the server client, it can take 15 minutes for the server to be recognized in favorites again. We can then log back in and play without issues for about 20-30 minutes and we get a timeout once again. Any thoughts that I can pass onto him as to what he can look into? He is running a Windows box at the moment.

Any idea on how I can modify this to run with a different map? I downloaded a user created map and would like to use it for my server.
