XBOX ONE Server!

Ok so I hope this is in the right area of the forums.

I recently got the game on game preview for XBOX ONE and there is a way to host a server using an alternate XBOX ONE console. However I don't have the extra cash to be throwing at another XBOX console. I was wondering if anyone had a work around for this issue. Perhaps another way to host a server for the XBOX ONE without using another console, maybe a laptop or something along those lines.

Ark devs: will there be a disk for ark? Because its 24 gig i cant download it online due to slow internet connections will show up at console stores?
