Server crash on player joining

Hi,

i tried hosting my own server. Everything seems fine as the DOS windows says, it took around 50 sec to fully start the server. The problem is that as soon as someone tries to join it, the server crashes.

I made multiple posts on steamforums but never a answer that helped. I tried to run the server on 3 different computers (clean Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 installations) but always the same frigging errors.

I am paying for a server at the moment, but still then I would like to be able to host my own one day. Can anyone please help me out on this matter, fixing this crash problem.
