Server not showing up(friends cant join)

Hi, i have an ARK LAN Server that i run from my PC and it works perfectly fine. For LAN only... I can join it and others on my home network, but i wanted to open it so that a friend can join and i cannot seem to get that right.

I have allowed the Ark game and the 27015 and 7777 ports in my windows fire wall and i have forwarded the 27015 and 7777 ports on my router and the server IP address for the ports in the correct IP (my PC's IP) and yes it's a STATIC IP.

Even though i did all this i can't find my server on http://arkservers.net/ or in the in-game server browser (under Unofficial) and neither can my friend.

I cant see where i have gone wrong or if i have missed a step. Does anyone else know how to fix this or what I've done wrong?

Try opening 7778 too.
In my case, it was necessary to make it available on steam.

But is it exactly all you have done ?
Because for my concern, my server do appear, but shut-down when someone attempt to connect, in lan or through internet.

Unfortunately I am having the same issue. I have triple checked every step I took to get the server up, as well as had a few friends look it over. There wasn't an error in the setup, all ports (7777/7778/27015/32330) are open. Server lists as LAN, but not Unofficial. I have seen many other people with the same issue, they said it just showed up after x amount of time. So i'm wondering if it's not a problem on our side. It may just be a waiting game before your server can make it on the list, but either way I'd still like to know what exactly it is. And if it's fixable or not.

I hope that someone with some good IT knowledge could try help us soon. It seems many people have this problem and through all my searches across the net and steam community forums i have not yet found a solution for this. I have also triple checked (or more) each step and ports. I have also tried using various IP's such as my IPV4 and my external IP. Yet nothing i try works and others get their servers to work my sheer luck it seems.

Same problem here. Server never shows in public. If I view the server info through steam, the address is 192.168.1.77:7777, which is local.
I have done the port forwarding. 27000/27050, 7777/7778, 32330.
I have disabled my firewall software.
I have made all the service could traffic in/out through my router.
I have disabled WAN PING block mode.
I have tried to enable DMZ hosting on my local IP.
Still not working. Don't know what to do.
