As ARK is going to go far, which is why i ADORE this game already, and am so happy to see that it's gotten so large so fast, and before making this post, i'm so happy at how the mod team for the forum is so on the ball with helping people and i am really thankful that they try their hardest to help ...

problem solved! we use a westell router and we had to make 2 seperate rules for it. we had to open ports 7777 through 7779 on one rule, and 27015 through 27017 and things work now.

Normally your router should have an option to send all traffic for certain ports (in this case 7777 and 27015) to a specific computer inside your own network. not exactly the most tech savvy but i know a thing or 2... this isn't one of them. the ports are marked as WAN now and i don't know if that'...

did that and double checked. the ports are open on both UDP and TCP. as for forwarded to my server, how exactly do i do that? that could be my problem..
