While actually playing the game ive not seen a way but I know that when your are hosting a dedicated server you have a list of all people currently logged into your server with white list/kick/ban option.

I also purchased a new Xbox to host aswell and had to buy a year of gold because it is my third box in the house and live/game sharing only works between two consoles. Don't know if that was the OP's same situation but I went into the purchase unaware that I could not family share on a third box. St...
