Tribe ranks. Adding new ranks to your tribe rather then just owner admin and member. Also being able to set certain restriction to each individual rank.

As advance as have a generator is. How about alternative energy. Such as less advanced options like windmills or water wheels connected to a generator to power them that way instead of gas. You may also win a few favors with the eco friendly group of gamers. Not like myself.
